Jeff is Director, Engineering for Alta Mar Energy, LLC. He previously held a senior technical reservoir engineering role at Oxy, where he led asset development projects and subsurface evaluations across deepwater Gulf of Mexico assets. Prior to Oxy, he served as a Reserves Consultant at DeGolyer and MacNaughton, managing multi-disciplinary teams in global evaluations of conventional and unconventional reserves and contingent resources. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
